Niza (Nice en francés) la ciudad del carnaval, la playa y el sol .. ha capturado la atención de los turistas desde el siglo XIXimo, cuando era el destino de vacaciones de invierno de los ricos en Gran Bretaña, atraídos por su clima templado. Llamada Niza “la linda”, esta ciudad siempre ha atraído a artistas y turistas. Su monumento principal es la Promenade des Anglais que bordea la Bahía de los Ángeles y sus 5km de playas de piedras y arena.

La ciudad tiene una arquitectura única y cuenta con una gran variedad de actividades culturales con un alto nivel. Por un lado el mar azul, y del otro la belleza de la arquitectura de los clasicos hoteles de lujo como el Negresco y el Palais de la Méditerranée y el famoso Casino Ruhl.

Niza es la segunda ciudad más visitada de Francia después de París, gracias a su proximidad a otros lugares famosos de la Costa Azul: El Principado de Mónaco, Cannes, Saint-Tropez, Antibes, Menton. La ciudad es sinónimo de mercados de la “Provence”: colores, palmeras y monumentos de gran valor arquitectónico. Todo realzado por un hermoso mar azul. “El Carnaval de Niza” es sin duda el acontecimiento más popular y publicitado en Niza, que cada año atrae a miles de personas que hacen de la Promenade des Anglais, una gran fiesta.

Roquebrune-Cap-Martin

On top of Roquebrune will find the castle, offering a fantastic view over Cap Martin and Monte Carlo. The village of Roquebrune (only 25 minutes from the campsite) is a beautiful medieval town with a fascinating history, the center of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin (located 225 meters above sea level).

Roquebrune-Cap-Martin has a medieval character, made up of narrow streets covered with Roman vaulting. The view of the coast of Cap Martin and the Principality of Monaco is really great.

Its unique location makes it veryu easy to visit from other places in the area such as Menton and Monaco, and under the influence of the last named, Roquebrune has excellent restaurants. A verysuitable place to dine in good company.

Dolceacqua

Dolceacqua is part of the Montana Intemelia. A mountain district of Liguria, in the province of Imperia, formed by the municipalities Airole, Apricale, Bajardo, Castel Vittorio, Dolceacqua, Isolabona, Olivetta San Michele, Perivale, Pigna, Rocchetta Nervina, San Biagio della Cima, Seborga, Soldano and Vallebona .

Dolceacqua, surrounded by greenery, only 5 km from the sea and Camping Helios is a typical medieval village of Val Nervia. One of the Ligurian villages in the proud possession of the “orange flag” of the Italian Touring Club. The oldest part of town is dominated by the castle. The ‘new town’ lies just across the river and the road and climbs up into the mountains.

One of the most extraordinary pictures of Liguria is the panoramic view of Dolceacqua with the old bridge, a span of only 33 meters of light, called a “jewel of light” by the Impressionist painter Claude Monet.

The city is also known for its wine: the “Rossese Dolceacqua” the first DOC wines of Liguria. Each year produced about 300,000 bottles and only half of it is for sale. It is a wine with a ruby red color and mild flavor, aromatic and sweet.

The Monaco Grand Prix Formula 1

The Monaco Grand Prix Formula 1 race held annually on the street circuit in Monaco, Monte Carlo has only a length of 3.34 km. The first edition was held April 14, 1929 by Antony Noghes founder of the Automobile Club of Monaco (ACM). But the first edition valid for the World Cup was held on 21 May 1950.

The race of the Principality has always been great, despite the lack of emotions of “catching up” of the race cars. The sound chases through the buildings of the historic center.
